Intercultural awareness

Today the presence of employees coming from different cultural backgrounds, different countries, and different companies with different corporate cultures is commonplace within the companies.

The bearers of various cultures often find it disappointing that their way of acting and thinking is perceived negatively by their colleagues. This leads to the gradual decline of open communication, sometimes even to escalation of personal suspicions or conflicts.

Avoiding such risks is possibly best at the beginning before the tension established or communication blocks have formed.
