Every company has its own reason for the existence on the market. The shareholders adjure on the management to create a realizable concept of increasing the value of their capital. This concept can be viable, provided if meets the following attributes:
- Clear definition and quantification of the business aims of the company (VISION)
- Comprehensibly addressing the market and the public with explanation of what it brings and how it wants to meet their needs (MISSION)
- Clearly stated path (STRATEGY) and ways of achieving the business aims. Unique identity for the customers to recognize the company. A hierarchy of values that will become important aspect of the employees’ life and that the customers will perceive as the competitive advantage (CORPORATE CULTURE).
To introduce such concept into life, it requires wide adjustment of obsolete administrative methods, systematic changes, investments and usually leads to strong opposition of the employees. That can be overcome only by patient and strong-willed communication. It results in every worker knowing his/her share in the responsibility for the common business aim and acquiring the company values and principles.

The aim of this training is to offer to the participants the necessary methodic support in creating the strategy plans and their successful application in the company life.
