Leadership IV (feedback, development of colleagues)

The training is oriented towards the development of the leading workers’ skill of using the feedback in its variety as the tool of professional team and individual guiding.

The training provides the techniques of conducting the systematic development consultations. The point is not to let the feedback turn into the non-constructive criticism or staff evaluation, but to serve as the tool for achieving the understanding in communication, avoiding the conflicts and increasing the staff performance.

Using the techniques learned at this training, the professional leader is capable of mastering critical situations such as ‘difficult’ talk with a coworker, announcing bad news, but he is also able to refuse an unjustified demand for help where the worker has got enough sufficient professional background and competence to accomplish the task individually.
