Leadership I (communication and motivation)

The training is designed to help the leaders get orientated within the issues of communication with the staff and motivation of subordinates.

We use the psychological principles verified by experience, having thus become the effective tools of the leaders.

The tools acquired by the attendants of the training will become essential for them, mainly because they allow for building the natural respect of others – charisma. As the distinct and followed personalities they will no longer be dependent on the authority of the power and will never have to use the management by force.

The strong point, allowing them to achieve the surprising positive feedback, will be found in their capability of manifesting respect and appreciation.

This gives them enough credit to put appropriate demands and requirements on the collaborators, while these react by multiplied proactivity and growing working performance.
