Leading the group processes

During his/her work, the leader conducts various group processes. He/she regularly conducts conferences, complicated negotiations with several participants at the same time; he guides the project teamwork etc.

Experience says that if not conducted in professional way, these events are the greatest waste of time.

The aim of this training is to prepare the leaders for the role of anchors they usually have had though not being completely satisfied with their own performance.

The training provides an opportunity to try conducting the creative processes in different case studies. The attendants will master the skills they can utilize when conducting the meetings and other group activities, while they will experience good impression from their own progress.

The training provides enough space for individual development due to used video-technologies and wide feedback.
